After processing, the average delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.

  1. Shipping Method and Origin

To reduce waste and help lower CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our shipping partners may vary depending on the destination and may include international and local postal or courier services.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the weight of the order, the delivery destination, and the selected shipping method.

  1. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code through our website and the tracking link provided by email.

The customer is also responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered to their home address or sent to a pickup point. If the package is delivered to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting it on time.

If the delivery takes longer than expected or if there is an issue with your order, please always contact us first by email at info@sophies-boutiques.com, instead of immediately opening a chargeback or refund request.

  1. Shipping Responsibility

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer.
